Full Journal pdf1999-05-17 House Journal Page 1569 HB 110 Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 1513) on the following at this time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 110(L&C) "An Act relating to the labeling of milk, cream, or any product or byproduct of milk or cream." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 110(L&C) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Green moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 110(L&C), thus adopting SCS CSHB 110(L&C), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 110(L&C)?" The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate. SCS CSHB 110(L&C) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
